Why Do I Need To Do This?
No one can take care of your body for you. You are completely responsible for it.
You can’t buy the benefits of a good workout or a balanced diet and you can’t hire someone to exercise or eat for you.

The modern lifestyle causes all sorts of imbalances - physical, mental and emotional. Daily repetitive postures, movements and behaviors such as driving, texting, and computer work, or worry, anxiety and multi-tasking can cause some areas to be too tight while causing others to be too weak. The result is energy drain, strain, and chronic pain that inhibits us from feeling and looking comfortable in our body. PowerAlign was designed to counter these imbalances - reclaim your center and regenerate your energy.

We don't always need the same thing from day to day - that is why predetermined exercise plans will often fall short and lack personal initiative.  Some days we feel like we could use some extra strength, other days we need to center and sometimes we just need to sweat.   One of the beauties of PowerAlign is that is has the diversity to flow with what you need at any given time.
