Power Align  combines deep-strength techniques with a dynamic cyclical program.  This system is well-researched in various philosophies and battle-tested by movement professionals from an array of disciplines. Power Align uses very simple movements that anyone can do - there is nothing fancy here, but it's plenty deep.

Power Align counterbalances undesirable posture habits common to the modern lifestyle.  It's a deeper awareness that empowers anyone to become more connected to their muscles, bones and natural mind-body-energy cycle.

Power Align is an exercise system based on our natural anabolic/catabolic cycles.  It promotes sustainability and teaches you how to move from the inside-out while exploring a spectrum of training elements including: deep core stability, injury prevention, strength & conditioning, flow & rhythm, balance, breathing, stress management and flexibility.

Power Align uses specific mind-to-muscle focus points for rebalancing and neuromuscular repatterning that can be applied to any action/motion you do and that your work/sport may require.  The movements used  to demonstrate Power Align are rooted mainly in Yoga but also include exercises originated by Tanya Lee, as well as hand-picked interpretations infused from Contrology (Pilates), Physical Therapy, Strength & Conditioning, Dance and Martial Arts.

Power Align  is not about simply going through the motions and it is rarely found in fancy poses or by mimicking the instructor. If you watched someone do these exercises, it may not look fancy or challenging - but they're sweating totally feeling it and getting super strong from the inside out.

     ● It's more about how you do what you do rather than what you can do. 
     It's more about awareness and self-motivation rather than absolute answers.
     It's more about working with your body rather than forcing against it.

Power Align's carefully constructed phases and routines are crafted to align with the natural anabolic and catabolic cycles of the human body, mind and energy. Most of us are so busy trying to hang on to any glimpse of perfection that we fail to realize that nothing is permanent - everything must cycle - life is dynamic.  Every moment, the human body is recreating itself - releasing the old to build the new, your cells, your hair, your skin, your blood - it's all constantly changing! 

From day to day, month to month and year to year, the needs of your body mind and energy will shift. Shouldn't your form of exercise also change with these patterns?

Much time and effort has been put into developing the Power Align system to balance structure with freedom.  It's intended to inspire you to exercise because you want to, not because you have to.  Ideal use of this system will allow you to train your body according to what you need from day to day.
