PowerAlign is an exercise and meditation system for physical and mental energy, strength, relaxation, and injury prevention.  The aim is to work with yourself rather than fighting against yourself, to repattern muscles, increase awareness, rebalance posture and manage stress.
 
PowerAlign combines the wisdom of various Yoga practices while also drawing on beneficial techniques from Pilates, Martial Arts, Dance, and Athletic Therapies.  The routines are then carefully organized to match our natural anabolic/catabolic biochemistry with the aim to become powerfully aligned and more efficient with our mind, body and energy.


Eight different phases guide you on a transformation journey through first building a strong body and mind, then using that as a tool for freedom, deep relaxation and an amazing feeling of aliveness. The eight phases of PowerAlign are balanced with both Yang and Yin energy and span the essential elements of training and healing.
